Youth is not defined by age

but rather by one's mindset.

It is not about physical appearance

but rather the strength of one's will

and the richness of their imagination.

It is the vitality of emotions a

the freshness of life's experiences

courageous spirit that triumphs over fear

with a thirst for adventure

that surpasses the desire for comfort

Interestingly, these qualities can often be found,

but only in individuals who are older,

rather than in young boys.

Age alone does not determine one's youthfulness;

It is the abandonment of our ideals that ages us.

While time may leave its mark on our skin,

it is the loss of enthusiasm that truly ages our souls.

Worry, fear, and self-doubt weigh heavily

On the heart extinguishing the spirit.

However, whether one is 40 or 25,

every human holds an innate curiosity

an unwavering childlike eagerness for what lies ahead,

finding joy in the game of life.

Deep within each of our hearts

lies a wireless station,

receiving messages of beauty,

hope, encouragement, bravery, and strength

from both humanity and the boundless universe.

As long as these messages continue to reach us,

we remain youthful.

When our antennas are down,

covered in the snow of cynicism,

or the ice of pessimism,

we have grown old,

even at the tender age of 20.

But as long as our antennas remain raised,

ready to catch the waves of optimism,

there is always hope,

that we may live a young and vibrant life,

even at the age of 60.
